Our transaction process
Step 1:Initiate transaction
Initiate the transaction on EscrowPayAfrica by entering the name of the product you are purchasing, its price, and the phone number of the seller.
Step 2:SMS notification
An SMS message will be sent to the seller to accept your invitation to transact.
Step 3:Seller accepts invite
Once the seller accepts, a message will be sent to you to deposit funds to EscrowPay Africa’s secure third party account.
Step 4:Deliver product
Seller will be informed to begin delivery of your item. A secret Delivery Pin will be sent to you.
Step 5:Accept delivery
Once you receive the item, you inspect it and are FULLY SATISFIED, share the secret Delivery Pin with the seller. The seller will enter the Delivery Pin to the website and this will release payment to their account.
Step 6:Decline delivery
If you are not satisfied with the items delivered, DO NOT share the delivery pin with the seller. Contact us on 0702396416 and we will work to resolve the dispute to the satisfaction of both parties.

Dispute Resolution Process
Step 1: Communication and Documentation
Should a dispute occur, either of the parties can reach out to us for mediation. We shall request for relevant documentation such as messages, emails or receipts to shed light on the situation.
Step 2: Mediation and Negotiation
Our mediators will work with both parties to find a mutually agreeable solution through a fair and impartial process.
Step 3: Fair Resolution
Once a decision is arrived at, we facilitate the execution. We assure a firm commitment to fairness and impartiality for both parties.
