  • 3. Use of Escrow Services

    3.1 Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Kenyan law to use our Escrow Services. If you are using our services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

    3.2 Account Registration

    3.3 Escrow Transaction

Funds will be held in the Escrow Account until the terms of the transaction are fulfilled, as outlined in the specific transaction agreement.

    3.4 Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute between the Buyer and Seller regarding the transaction, both parties agree to cooperate with EPA in reaching a resolution. EPA will make reasonable efforts to mediate and resolve disputes. If a resolution cannot be reached, funds in the Escrow Account may be released as determined by Kenyan law and the terms of the transaction agreement.

    4. Fees

    EPA Escrow Services charges fees for the use of our services. These fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you initiate a transaction. By using our services, you agree to pay any applicable fees.
